General FAQs

Do you take HSA/FSA cards?

Yes! We are able to accept FSA and HSA accounts. We encourage you to check with your administrator to see if there is anything you need to have your purchases qualify as eligible expenses, just in case of an audit.

Do you take insurance?

While we do not take insurance, we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider to reimbursement. Unfortunately, most health insurance providers will not reimburse much.

I'm going out of town. Can I freeze my membership?

You cannot freeze or transfer your membership. We can cancel your membership and start a new membership at the new price when you return.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

The beauty of our express services is that we are able to accomodate many guests in one day and oftentimes have last minute appointments available for a single service. If you’re looking to experience multiple services in one visit, we do ask that you plan ahead.

As for massage and facials, sometimes we have same day appointments, but since our team is so small, we encourage you to book a week in advance for weekday appointment and a few weeks in advance for weekend appointments.

Massage FAQs

Is massage included in the membership?

Massage is not included in the membership. Massage is paid as a separate service.

What types of massage do your therapists do?

We are proud to have a team of therapists, all with different strengths and skill sets. With over 200 different types of massage, each massage therapist has a unique blend of modalities in their “tool belt.” All therapists on our team are proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.

Do you offer couples massage?

At this time, we do not offer couples massage.
