Whole Body Cryo
Nope. It’s not an ice bath, and it just isn’t the same. Yes! They’re both a form of cold immersion therapy, but the physiolocial response is different. Studies have shown that doing cryotherapy an hour after exercise actually improves endurance, increases power and helps you recover faster.
Red Light Therapy
