Membership Terms

Memberships run on a 30 day auto-renew schedule, so there is no long term commitment. Commit to 6-months and save big! You can cancel at any time* and membership benefits will remain in place until the last day of your billing cycle.

Terms

With the Cryotherapy Membership, you can receive once daily whole body cryotherapy sessions and special “double dip” pricing of $20 for your second session in a day.

Wellness plans are only effective when you actually commit to it! That’s why when you sign onto our membership, you’ll have the support of our Wellness Advocates to help you create a plan that fits your schedule, to help you with your wellness goals. We’ll teach you which services pair together and how often you should come see us for maximum benefits. It is our goal to hold you accountable to make sure you get the most of your membership!

Memberships run on a 30 day auto-renew schedule. Commit to 6-months, and you’ll receive special pricing. You can cancel at any time after your intial term and membership benefits will remain in place until the last day of your billing cycle. Dues cannot be prorated or refunded for any reason.  You cannot freeze or put a membership on hold. You must either decide between maintaining an active membership or cancelling. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us by completing this form a minimum of 7 days before your membership renews, so that we both have a record of your cancellation. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your membership payment is processed.  All membership sales are final.

Out of fairness, we do not allow guests to make standing appointments. Please do not make appointments you cannot keep! If you cancel, reschedule or miss a reservation with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $20 cancellation fee for the day, no exceptions. The beauty of cryotherapy is that it is quick! So, last minute appointments are welcome.

In an effort to minimize how many people are up front at once, we encourage you to book online. After selecting your first service, click “edit search” then “add service.” You can do this for up to 5 services. It is important that services are booked in a specific order, so we ask that you book them all in one reservation. Just because you have a cryotherapy membership doesn’t mean that is all you can experience at Sloco… it’s all about finding the right combination of service to help you reach your goals.

In order to make sure that you get the maximum benefit from your time with us, we recommend doing hot and cold services on different days, or at least 3 hours apart. These are suggestions for services we recommend doing together!

Since these are express services, every minute matters! Please arrive on time for your appointment, otherwise, your appointment may be bumped. Due to restrictions put on us because of the pandemic, we ask for your help to keep everyone safe by following appointment times and the guidelines in our COVID-19 prevention plan.
