Membership Terms

So that we can work well together towards your wellness goals, we ask that you review the terms of membership below.

Wellness Advocate Support

Wellness plans are only effective when you actually commit to it! That’s why when you sign onto our Wellness Plan, you’ll receive a consultation with one of our Wellness Advocates to help you create a personalized plan that fits your schedule, to help you with your wellness goals. We’ll teach you which services pair together and how often you should come see us for maximum benefits. You will also learn how to book services online through our booking system. It is our goal to hold you accountable to make sure you get the most of your membership!

Month-To-Month

Memberships run on a 30 day auto-renew schedule, so there is no long term commitment. You can cancel at any time and membership benefits will remain in place until the last day of your billing cycle. Dues cannot be prorated or refunded for any reason.  You cannot freeze or put a membership on hold. You must either decide between maintaining an active membership or cancelling. If you wish to cancel, please let us know at bewell@slocohealth.com, so that we both have a record of your cancellation. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your membership payment is processed.  All membership sales are final.

Open Access

This membership is designed to help improve your overall sense of wellbeing. We’re always searching for the latest and greatest to help you reach your wellness goals, so membership benefits are available during our hours of operation which are both subject to change.   This Wellness Plan gives you access to:

Whole Body Cryotherapy
Somadome Meditation 
Photobiomodulation
Dry Salt Therapy
Express Compression Therapy

bookings + appointment cancellations

In order to make sure all members have access to our services, and to help us keep the price of membership down, we ask that you limit your services to no more than one of each type per day. (Besides doing them more is not necessarily beneficial.) Keep in mind that some services negate the benefits of the other, so we ask that you stick to our recommendations to maximize results. Improper use of our services may result in your membership not being renewed.

Out of fairness, we do not allow guests to make standing appointments. Please do not make appointments you cannot keep! If you cancel, reschedule or miss a reservation with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $20 cancellation fee for the day, no exceptions.

After selecting your first service, click “edit search” then “add service.” You can do this for up to 5 services. It is important that services are booked in a specific order, so we ask that you book them all in one reservation. Etiquette

Since these are express services, every minute matters! Please arrive on time for your appointment, otherwise, your appointment may be bumped. Due to restrictions put on us because of the pandemic, we ask for your help to keep everyone safe by following appointment times and the guidelines in our COVID-19 prevention plan.
